THIS Causes Minimal Disturbance Of The Gel Bed And Results In Improved Flow Properties. These Columns Are Resistant To Aqueous Solutions And Solvents Used In Liquid Chromatography. They Are Not Resistant To Acetone, Ketones, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, Aliphatic Esters, Phenol, Naoh, 10% Hcl, 5% Acetic Acid, Or Strong Mineral Acid. THIS Allows Accurate Control Or Separation Temperature Without A Cold Room. Jc Jackets Increase Mechanical Resistance Of C Columns, Enabling Operating Pressures Of Upto 1 Bar.
