SpectraMax® Fluorescence Intensity (FI) (coum-fluor) Detection Cartridge provides speed, sensitivity and flexibility. Compatible with SpectraMax® PARADIGM® and/or SpectraMax® i3 systems. Optimized for Coumarin fluorophores and Coumarin-Fluorescein type FRET, the wavelength-tuned excitation provides excellent performance when performing direct excitation during top and bottom reading. In addition, the standard dual-emission design enables simple, straightforward fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) measurement.
