Fully executed IDBS Apps MSSA required within 60 days of Purchase Order date, after which access to the Software will be given. Failure to sign the IDBS Apps MSSA within 60 days of the Purchase Order date will result in termination of Software licenses with no refund given (where applicable charges levied) Software subscription value equivalent to $10,000 for a 1-yr subscription of 5 Software licenses.
