ON-SITE COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE DIGITAL IQ/OQ SERVICE VISIT FOR CSI. The installation qualification includes physical inspection of the instrument and installation as specified in the installation guide. The operational qualification tests the subsystems of the instrument including mechanical, electrical, and optical components to ensure operating functions are in accordance with Molecular Devices specifications. Upon service completion, a comprehensive digital report is generated and provided. This service is conducted by a certified Molecular Devices Field Service Engineer.
