instaBAG MILK is a filter homogenization bag integrating a pre-dosed sachet of skimmed milk powder that enables immediate sample preparation for microbiological or analytical testing. Place the sample in the bag, add sterile hot purified water and homogenize with a BagMixer; the filtrate is then ready for pipetting and analysis. The product is intended for laboratory analysis of chocolate-containing products and similar matrices where a milk-based diluent is required.

Key Features:

  • Bag volume: 2225 mL
  • Packaging: box of 30 bags
  • Bag type: bag with lateral filter (non‑woven) with filter porosity < 250 µm
  • Bag composition: multilayer, multicoated reinforced complex
  • Dehydrated media: pre-dosed skimmed milk powder included inside bag

Advantages:

  • Pre-dosed dehydrated media eliminates separate media preparation steps and speeds sample preparation.
  • Lateral filtered bag produces a filtrate ready for pipetting immediately after homogenization.
  • Multilayer reinforced bag construction provides robust handling during homogenization with BagMixer.
