Elementar vario TOC cube100007645
The vario TOC cube (part code 100007645) is a configurable total organic carbon (TOC) and bound total nitrogen (TNb) analyzer designed for both liquid and solid samples. It determines TOC, NPOC, TC, TIC, DOC and POC and can perform simultaneous TNb determination with optional detectors. The system uses catalytic high-temperature combustion (up to 1,200 °C) with CO2 detection by NDIR and is intended for applications ranging from ultrapure water and industrial wastewaters to concentrated saline solutions and solid matrices such as soils and waste.
Key Features:
- Measures: TOC, NPOC, TC, TIC, DOC, POC; optional simultaneous TNb determination
- Analytical method: catalytic high-temperature combustion up to 1,200 °C with CO2 detection by NDIR
- Sample formats: liquid and solid analysis with modular autosampler options
- Autosampler capacity: liquid up to 80 positions; solid up to 120 positions (depending on configuration)
- Salt handling: SALTTRAP reactor concept for reduced maintenance on saline samples
- Standards compliance: ISO 20236, ISO 8245, DIN EN 1484, DIN EN 12260, EPA 415.1, ASTM D7573; solids per DIN EN 15936 and DIN ISO 10694
- Manufacturer part code: 100007645
Advantages:
- Broad sample compatibility enabling analysis of ultrapure water, industrial wastewater, concentrated salt solutions and solids
- High analytical accuracy and full recovery for stable carbon compounds through optimized high-temperature combustion
- Modular autosampler and interchangeable liquid/solid modes provide flexible workflow and easy reconfiguration
- SALTTRAP design minimizes maintenance and protects combustion tube and detector when analysing saline matrices
